Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Idun Blue platform at idun.blue and related services, operated by Ideäng Productions AB ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Sweden.
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Idun Blue is a creator platform that enables course creators and content entrepreneurs ("operators") to:
- Create and sell online courses, programs, and digital products.
- Build landing pages, websites, and sales funnels.
- Manage communities and member engagement.
- Send email broadcasts, sequences, and automations.
- Schedule and publish social media content to connected platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
- Accept payments via Stripe.
Members are individuals who sign up for an operator's offerings through the platform.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts for the same workspace without authorization.
3. Content Ownership
- Your content — you retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the platform (courses, pages, posts, emails, media).
- License to us — by using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
- Platform content — the Idun Blue platform, its design, code, and documentation are owned by Ideäng Productions AB.
- Data export — you may export your data at any time. We will not hold your content hostage.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal activity or to promote illegal content.
- Send spam or unsolicited communications through the email features.
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the platform's APIs.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Social Media Integration
- When you connect a Meta (Instagram/Facebook) account, you authorize us to publish and schedule content on your behalf.
- You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish complies with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time, which immediately revokes our access.
- We store access tokens securely and delete them when you disconnect or when they expire.
6. Payments and Billing
- All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- Operators set their own prices for their offerings.
- Refund policies are determined by each operator. Operators are responsible for communicating their refund policy to their members.
- Platform subscription fees (for operators) are billed according to the plan selected at signup.
- All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
7. Operator Responsibilities
If you are an operator (creator) using the platform, you additionally agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and data protection regulations.
- Provide accurate descriptions of your products and services.
- Handle member inquiries and support for your offerings.
- Comply with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) when using the email features.
- Maintain appropriate privacy policies for your members.
8. Availability and Support
- We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, with advance notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability
- The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for content created by operators or interactions between operators and their members.
- We are not liable for actions taken by third-party services (Stripe, Meta, Cloudflare) or for their availability.
10. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at [email protected].
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when feasible.
- Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
- The Idun Blue name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Ideäng Productions AB.
- You may not use our trademarks without written permission, except as necessary to refer to our services.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Sweden. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
